Koroneiki Olive Oil from Greece

A medium intensity Greek olive oil, harvested at optimum ripeness is high in polyphenols (antioxidants); offers a fruity body with a peppery finish and low acidity (.3%). Certified Kosher. Try on vegetables, fish and bread. 

Olives for this oil are same type used in the Organic Early Harvest Koroneiki, but are allowed more time to ripen. Polyphenol 714, November 2023 harvest.
