A premium aged white balsamic from Modena, Italy, hand-bottled in our Charleston shop. Twelve years of aging produces a golden, sweet-tart vinegar with natural notes of peach and apricot — the white balsamic that turns a simple salad into something memorable.

Light and bright where the dark balsamic is rich and complex. The 12 years in wooden barrels softens the acidity and concentrates the fruit notes, giving you a vinegar that's smooth enough to drink straight from a spoon but balanced enough to dress a delicate dish without overpowering it.

Perfect for:

  • Dressing mixed greens, arugula, or spring salads
  • Drizzling over grilled or pan-seared fish (halibut, sole, snapper, branzino)
  • Pairing with shrimp, scallops, and seafood pasta
  • Marinating fresh peaches, apricots, melon, or summer berries
  • Glazing roasted chicken, pork tenderloin, or duck
  • Drizzling over fresh mozzarella, burrata, or goat cheese
  • Whisking into vinaigrettes for fruit and cheese salads
  • Adding a splash to sparkling water or prosecco for a refreshing summer drink

Pairs beautifully with:
