Rosemary Garlic Lamb Chops

  • 4 lamb chops, about 1 pound.
  • ¼ cup Lowcountry Olive Oil (we recommend rosemary garlic or Greek seasoned)
  • ½ cup water
  • 6 tablespoons lemon (skip if using Greek seasoned)
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Remove and extra fat from lamb
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over meat
  4. In a baking pan, add olive oil, ½ cup water and lemon juice (if using)
  5. Bake until lamb is cooked, about 35-45 min
  6. After 20 minutes, check and glaze with liquid, if liquid evaporated, add more water
