Roasted Root Vegetables over Mixed Greens

Try this simple fall salad from @theperfecthousewife featuring our Blood Orange Balsamic Vinegar:

Toss the following in olive oil ( we suggest Lowcountry Blend or Lowcountry Herb)

  • 3 carrots chopped
  • 1 sweet potato chopped
  • 1/2 red onion chopped

add chilis, and salt for seasoning, roast at 400 for 30 minutes
Layer arugula, cooked lentils, roasted veggies and feta cheese.
Drizzle with Blood Orange Balsamic Vinegar.
