1 round loaf of bread
1/4 cup of Lowcountry Blend Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Mediterranean Oil Blend spices from Charleston Spice Company
2 wheels of brie (4" to 6")
Cut out center of loaf, large enough to stack brie wheels inside. Heat Lowcountry Blend Olive Oil and Mediterranean Spices at low simmer for 5-10 minutes. Place prepared loaf on a sheet pan, insert first brie in cut out center of loaf and pour 1/2 oil mixture over brie. Place next brie on top of first wheel and pour on remaining oil mixture. Wrap bread with foil to prevent burning, leaving center open to allow cheese to melt. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes, until cheese is soft. Serve with apples, pears, cranberries or pecans.
