This 5 minute winter salad is delicious alone or as a side for holiday dishes.
2 cups mixes salad greens
1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup walnut pieces
1/3 cup cubed apples
dash of pepper (optional)
Toss greens, cranberries, cheese, walnuts and apples in large bowl
Combine oil and vinegar and pepper if desired. Toss with greens or serve on the side.
