Meyer Lemon Infused Olive Oil

One of our most-loved fruit oils, made the way real lemon olive oil should be made: co-pressed with freshly harvested olives and whole Meyer lemons on a stone press. The lemon oil from the rind goes into the olive oil at the moment of pressing, not added afterward as a flavoring. The difference is real and it shows up in every drop.

Bright, fragrant, and silky, with the warm rounded sweetness that makes Meyer lemons different from regular lemons. The lemon flavor is true, balanced, and stable enough to hold up to heat — this is one of the few citrus oils you can actually cook with, not just finish a dish with.
