Holy Smoke Smoked Olive Oil is rich, extra virgin California olive oil cold smoked for nine hours over fresh Carolina hickory wood.  Holy Smoke is the creation of two of our Charleston friends, Max Blackman and Kyle Pane. Use it to finish steaks, pork, fish and poulty or to dress salads or spice up popcorn. Available in 250ml and 100ml.

I use this oil for multiple dishes. I especially like it when fixing fresh green beans. It adds just enough smoke taste to bring out the best in them.
