I received this as a sample in my very first taster bottles and have been hooked ever since! I swear I could make a cocktail with this and the 18 year old Balsamic. I find it to be Smooth, Fresh. Lite basically extremely refreshing! I use it on too many items to mention. This is my go to oil and I get very nervous when there is only one bottle in the pantry. It's love in a bottle of olive oil!
