
Balsamic Glaze for Pork Loin
Ingredients:
Glaze:
1/4 cup garlic cilantro balsamic or traditional balsamic vinegar (or fig or cranberry balsamic without the
garlic clove)
Directions:
Combine sage, salt, pepper and garlic. Rub over roast. Place on hot grill. Cook until internal temperature
is 155º to 160º. Brush roast with glaze the last 5 minutes of grilling. Serve with remaining glaze on the
side.
